To conduct an appropriate courses, trainings, seminars, workshops and meetings to generate technology ideas.
To publish and distribute hydrological and water resources-related articles
HTC Kuala Lumpur provides quality services in accordance to department & UNESCO IHP strategies such as;
- Enhancing the collaboration and coordination amongst relevant parties in Research and Development activities
- Organizing Water Education in Hydrology and Water Resources, and
- Publication of the Journal of Water Resources Management
